honeymoon

I'm getting married in a matter of days, and was talking to a co-worker about it. I mentioned my honeymoon (Washington, DC) and this dawned on me: we'll be spending a week together. no distractions. no separate rooms in the hotel room to go to. shouldn't a honeymoon happen BEFORE the wedding, so you can see if spending a week together, ALONE, is a good idea? Then, if it is, you get married? I told him my theory, and he said "You should post a blog about that!" So, here I am!
