I LOVE SURPRISES!

I just got a call from my friend Sarah, who had Baby Tatum on December 1. They live in the Dallas area, and I'm going to see them (and Dad Scott) February 9th. I'm super excited. Sarah said to me "You're the only one I'm telling. I'm going to be in Madison on Wednesday!" OH MY GOD! First of all, I am so excited to meet Tatum. Second of all, Dave gets to meet her because he's not going to Texas with me. Third...It really makes me feel special. She grew up here and has friends here, and wanted to make sure that I get to meet Tatum. She isn't telling anyone else because she doesn't know how much time she'll have (they're driving to Iowa to meet great grandma Elsie, who also doesn't know the big secret!) So, the fact that she's making sure that we get to see them in the short amount of time they're here is SO amazing. I can't wait. I think I have to get to the store NOW and buy something for Tatum for her first trip to Wisconsin!!!! She needs something a little less Iowa than this outfit!
