Simple, right?


Didn't we all learn about this in drivers' ed? If you are car A, the first at the stop sign, you don't actually have to wait until B and C get to the stop sign before you can GO. Yes, it is a 4-way stop. That doesn't mean there has to be 4 cars at the intersection before you can GO.

I think that certain aspects of the drivers test need to be administered again at regular intervals. I think they only thing they do in Wisconsin is a minimal vision test every 8 years. Rules about right-of-way seem to be something that many drivers either don't know, or don't care about.
