Ok, maybe the wording on this sign is a little confusing. Limit implies that you should not go over posted speed, maybe going a bit under. I realize that the dictionary says limit means: The point, edge, or line beyond which something cannot or may not proceed.
However, if you are on the Interstate and do not wish to be run over, you should disobey this rule. 65 is the MINIMUM. And that's still annoying to the people coming up behind you in the middle lane.
