Is it just me, or is it WAY too easy to get mad at something? It seems to me (and I've been guilty of it, that's for sure) getting mad is easier than dealing with the reality of something. When something upsets you (and in saying you, i'm talking about me), you shut down and get angry. You have every right to be mad. Right? That's what's going on in your head.
But if you let the person that made you mad explain their side, you might not be so mad. Again, in saying "you", I mean "Me". But that's too painful. It's too damn easy to be mad. But it's not fun. So why do we do it?
We need to question things. Why did this make me so mad? How can I get over being mad?
Like I said, just something to think about.

Its a defense mechanism that I have. I don't know why, but it is one of the many qualities I hate about myself. I really don't hav ea clear answer. It might be b/c we tend ot want everything our way. All the time. When it doesnt its easier just to get mad than trying to understsand the other persons perspective. Its very complicated. Eerughh. THat is something to think about. Yikes. Ox...t
i completely agree with you! it's my way or the highway, and if you don't like it, then it sucks to be you! not a great way to deal with things, but i think most of us are guilty of it at some point!
