We finally have a kitchen table. We gave the old one away before we moved into this house 11 months ago. We found this one back in April, and it took about 6 weeks to get it. I didn't tell Dave it was being delivered yesterday, I wanted to surprise him. I did...he almost didn't see it! Now he can't give me grief about not seeing those flowers!
It has a leaf (that is not in) and a 4th chair. I can't wait to have people over for dinner to actually use it!

You do know it's OK to take those tags off of the chairs now, don't you? The "under penalty of law" thing doesn't apply to the consumer...
Or should we just call the husband and you "Minnie" and "Pearl"? (Yes...in that order... ;) )
(Oops...meant to link here, for those that might not get the "Minnie Pearl" reference. Of course, if you didn't before, you probably still won't now.
Um...she was the one with the hat, and the tag, and um...ah well, never mind...)
I had to keep the tags on until it served it's purpose. So, since we used it TWICE today (probably more than we'll use it in a week, actually), the tags will come off. (Don't ask why. Just go with it...)
And yes, I know who Minnie Pearl is. Geez. :o)
