I was going to post about a book I just read in THREE DAYS. Well, I still will. But I wanted to show you a picture of my new favorite vehicle, the Jeep Compass. Ok, maybe not my FAVORITE. But I've always been a fan of the Jeep Grand Cherokee, and this seems a much better follow-up than the liberty. Here is the Compass. No, I won't be getting one any time soon. But I can look on in admiration!!
Ok, for the ladies...or my faithful readers who like books that would make good chick-flicks. It's called Baby Proof. I wasn't sure what to expect. I had been reading an interesting book called The Lovely Bones, but I just couldn't get going on that one. The concept was cool...a girl who had been murdered and was looking down from heaven at the things going on with her family and friends. But, I put that one away and started Baby Proof on Monday at about 5:30pm. I finished it tonight (Thursday) at about 11:00pm. A good, easy read. I enjoyed it immensely. Check it out if you need something to read that doesn't take much thought or concentration! I don't usually endorse books, but I felt I had to with this one!

I only made it half-way through Lovely Bones. And the first half was good; I just never found myself wanting to finish it.
I bet there's a whole club of half-Lovely-Bones-reading people out there.
I was going to start it and found I couldn't even get that much enthusiasm for it.

I have read the first two Emily GRiffin books and read them in one day. THey were great! I can't wait to read Baby Proof! Ox...t
