WTF?

Seriously...I am just so annoyed I could spit.

8/06-cancel cable/internet/phone services
9/06-get $ taken out of our account because the work order hasn't gone through yet. Issued a $200 credit.
11/20/06-I call to find out where this money is. "I'll put a note in right now to your local agency to cut a check. It'll be about 2-3 weeks."
WHAT? Why the hell hasn't it been sent yet? (Of course they don't know). If there's a credit on my bill and I CANCEL MY SERVICES, why the hell do I have to call you to get my money. It's annoying me just typing about it. Maybe I should stop.

8/06-get those same services from a different company. GOD, how I wish we hadn't, really. It's been nothing but problems. The wrong this, the wrong that. The right this, the wrong that. Here's a charge for this, and a credit for that. Oh, and the rebate? Yeah, not gonna get that either.

Seriously...I'm tempted to go without television because I'm so pissed off right now. Except that we just decided last week to get a flat panel. Yeah, well...that'll make me happier I suppose!
