ok, i had to do it. watch less than 5 minutes of "Martha". it's her new show. she had David Spade on, so I checked it out. against my better judgement. i didn't see them doing crafts. i just noticed that (because it was poncho day) everyone except david-thank god-was wearing a poncho. they were making things in the microwave, like baked apples and nachos. what i saw made it seem like david wasn't real pleased with the taste, but i didn't stick around to find out. now, she's a famous chef. one of her "things" is creating masterpieces. so why is she doing microwaved nachos? i have no idea. david makes a comment about tater tots, and that he knows how to cook them. Martha said (I am not kidding you here...) "What is a tater tot? Are there potatoes in tater tots?" WTF woman? yes, you're a famous chef, and probably don't use tater tots very often. but you microwave nachos and apples. and you don't know what's in a tater tot? you spent time in prison. i thought tater tots would be a staple.
as far as i'm concerned, martha stewart is not worth the goodness that is a tater tot.
