-blew up microwave
-melted chocolate on stove instead
-made fudge dipped oreos and peppermint patty sandwiches (a peppermint patty between two nilla wafers, with the "glue" being vanilla frosting...YUM!!!)
-went to 2nd Thanksgiving at my aunt's house
-met 2 of the CUTEST babies ever
That is Gabrielle and Matt, my cousins' babies. that would make them my 2nd cousins, right? Believe it or not, she's a month older than he is. However, she was 4 weeks early. Matt is 2 months old and weighs 15 pounds. It just makes him cuter!
-went home early because Dave was sick
-fell asleep pretty early and slept about 13 hours
-woke up and realized the packers game wasn't til 3
-went back to sleep for 1/2 hour
-watched some early football
-shopped for a new microwave
-received crappy service at the last store. seriously. the sales person was talking to someone when we got there, so we browsed. he got done with them, passed by us to ask another person if they needed help, and when they said no, he went to talk to a co-worker. hmm.
-left that store very angry. even though they had a good price on an iPod Nano, we're not going back
-watched the packer game. what a waste of time. at least we could fast forward because we have a DVR and were recording it
-watched Extreme Makeover: Home Edition and Desperate Housewives. much better way to spend time
-tried not to laugh when dave nearly poked his eye out
and that's about it. hope you had a good weekend!

It sucks when microwaves blow up!!! Did you try cooking tin foil?
i didn't try cooking tin foil? it was a dish made especially for the microwave with chocolate and peanut butter chips in it. then we tried it empty and still the sparks flew. we found a microwave today though. after looking at 5 stores, we found one at wal-mart. right by our house.
