why oh why?

why did i think it was a good idea to go shopping today, the day after christmas? i got a BUNCH of great deals (a 3pc luggage set for $35.99) but was it worth the chaos? i have to go back to 2 stores because of incorrect charging. at least most people go back to work tomorrow (tuesday) so the lines should be a bit shorter. i also didn't use any of the gift cards to go shopping. didn't even hit those stores. duh. we did have lunch here with a gift card. yummy fresh-fried cheese sticks! mmm mmm good!

we still haven't figured out what's going on for NYE. why is it that now, when i have options of parties & such, i want to stay home? i couldn't imagine staying home 5 years ago. now...i can't imagine going out. we might just rent some movies and stay in. have dinner and ice cream. it would be nice to have a long, relaxing weekend. but...that never happens. i'll just go with the flow i guess.
