Why?

-Why, in an energy crisis, does the government offer a $25,000 tax break to a person who owns their own business on a GAS GUZZLER, but only a $3,000 tax break to someone who buys a hybrid vehicle? (seriously...i met someone today who was buying a Trailblazer because her husband owns his own business and gets that tax break. he doesn't need a trailblazer...he's a financial advisor. But the offer only stands on vehicles of a certain weight).

-Why, when you are out shopping TWELVE DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS at a major discount store, do you think it's ok to bring 20+ items into the 10-item-only lane? Just because you have 2 of the same thing doesn't mean it's only one thing. Take your 20 cans of cat food to another lane. I have 2 books and a shower pouf.

-Why did my crab rangoon from the local chinese take-out not have the slightest hint of imitation crab? it was basically a fried wonton with cream cheese. just not the same.

-Why can't I find anything Spongebob for a 2 year old? 3 stores and only one book that didn't make noise. It seems like he's "out" this year. Elmo and Dora are in. Spongebob is not.

-Why, when discussing the option of a new car for me, do you (the car salesman) say "we could probably find you something for $375 per month", when i JUST finished telling you I didn't want to pay more than $345, which is what I pay now.

Should I even mention that we went through a 15 item lane with 16 items? I'm not sure anyone else there could count that high anyways...

16 items in a 15 item lane is different than 20 items in a 10 item lane. if you remember, we were trying to think of what to return so we wouldn't be over.

and even if 2 cans of the same catfood counts as one item, she still had over 10 items. and she was S-L-O-W. If you're going over the limit, at least go fast!
