Seriously...why?

-this is the forecast for monday:

MOSTLY CLOUDY WITH A CHANCE FOR LIGHT SNOW IN THE MORNING. BECOMING PARTLY CLOUDY IN THE AFTERNOON WITH A CHANCE FOR LIGHT SNOW.

isn't that a little over the top? can't we just say "some clouds and a chance of light snow"?

-I call you and leave a DETAILED message, asking your opinion on a christmas present, basically just asking if you think its a good idea. you call me back and, instead of saying "yes" or "no" you say "I was in the bath. call me back!" NO! I just need you to answer a simple question. It's now after 11pm, and I can't call you back. So I have to wait until tomorrow. I'd have bought the present already if you'd have just said yes. God. But, my husband said it right. She just wanted to talk to me for 35 minutes about absolutely nothing, and couldn't do that on a message.

Ok, that's it. Well, probably not "it", but all I've got for now!
